ARTICLE I
Identification
Section 1.01 Statement of Purpose. (Mission Statement): The primary mission of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. is to provide a faith-based Christian advocacy group to victims and survivors of all forms of sexual and domestic abuse and/or violence. The further purposes of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. is to teach and minister the universal principles of Truth and Love, as taught and demonstrated by Jesus Christ and interpreted by Go Fish Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Mississippi with headquarters at Hattiesburg, Mississippi, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry. In the accomplishment of this purpose, Go Fish Ministries, Inc., shall endeavor to conduct all ministry efforts to demonstrate the principles of Truth and Love by using them in the practical operation of the ministry in order to further the principles of Evangelical Christianity "to the ends of the earth". The Main Ministry efforts are the Joshua Mikel Memorial Fund for victims of sexual violence, and the Go Fish Safe Haven Ministry for victims of Domestic violence. Other Ministry efforts include the Go Fish Books 4 Jesus second hand Christian bookstore, in which the proceeds from sales go to the Joshua Mikel Memorial Fund or the Go Fish Safe Haven Program, the Attic Swap Program (All Things Together in Common) which seeks to minister by helping the low to middle income families find quality second hand clothing, the JAIL Birds Program (Jesus Abundantly Imparting Liberty) and future endeavors such as backyard bible clubs through the Go Fish Little Fishers Program, which is going to be similar to scouting programs with a Christian emphasis.
Section 1.02 Go Fish Ministries, Inc. Membership and Responsibilities. The operation and conduct of this ministry or any member ministry (Go Fish Marina Ministry) shall comply with the regulations and policies of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. as outlined in these Bylaws.
(a) Leadership. Each ministry shall have as its leader a Senior Go Fish Ministries, Inc. ordained or licensed minister(s) with the rank of Minister Admiral approved by the Ministry. Refer to Section 4.02(c).
(b) Teaching. The Principles of Christianity and practical ministry shall be taught through this ministry using methods, textbooks, literature, and other materials approved by the Go Fish Ministries, Inc. including the Go Fish Ministries, Inc. Articles of Faith.
(c) Mailings. Copies of all printed or electronic matter mailed or emailed by this ministry or any member ministry to its membership shall be sent to the office of the President (Executive Director and Minister Admiral in Chief) of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. for review.
(d) Reports. The minister(s) designated Vice President(s) or Administrative Director(s) will make annual reports to the corporation on forms supplied by Go Fish Ministries, Inc.
(e) Financial Support . All Member Ministries will provide financial support to Go Fish Ministries, Inc. in the form of a tithe. (10%) of its total income.) In return Go Fish Ministries, Inc. will seek to minister in and through all member ministries.
ARTICLE II
Section 2.01 Principal Office. The principal executive office of the corporation shall be fixed by the Board of Directors. Said office shall be in the County of Forrest, State of Mississippi, or at such other place as the Board of Directors hereafter shall designate. The Corporation may also have other offices for its Member Ministries at such other place or places, as the Board of Directors may from time to time designate.
ARTICLE Ill
Membership
Section 3.01 Qualifications. A member of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. shall endeavor to live in accord with the principles of truth and love as taught by Jesus Christ and interpreted by Go Fish Ministries, Inc. and stipulated in the Go Fish Ministries, Inc. Articles of Faith. (S)he or they shall further the work of this ministry through active interest, love, loyalty, and support.
Section 3.02 Election of Members. Any person or group, desiring membership in Go Fish Ministries, Inc. shall file an application for membership with the ministry office. The application shall be presented to the Board of Directors at its next scheduled meeting. Upon a majority affirmative vote (75%) of the directors present and voting, the applicant shall become an active member and shall be notified accordingly by the board secretary. All ordained or licensed Go Fish Ministries, Inc. ministers are considered members of this ministry.
Section 3.03 Terms of Membership.
(a) Active Member. A member shall retain status as an active member through participation in ministry, prayer, service, classes, and/or tithing of time, talent and treasure during a fiscal year.
(b) Inactive Member.
(1) An active member shall become inactive:
(i) upon absence from the member congregation for one year (ii) upon withholding of tithes or offerings to the member ministry or Go Fish Ministries, Inc. for one year, (iii) those individuals or member ministries who are determined by the Board of Directors, including agreement by minister(s) to no longer fulfill the qualifications of active membership will be placed on the inactive member list and will not be allowed any vote among the active membership.
(c) Removal. Removal from the membership roll of any member or member ministry whose qualifications are in question requires a (75%) majority affirmative vote of the Board of Directors present and voting of Go Fish Ministries, Inc., including agreement by the Minister Admiral in Chief (President of Go Fish Ministries, Inc.). Prior to action concerning removal, the member must be given an opportunity for a hearing before the Board. Action for removal of membership will follow New Testament guidelines for discipline of the church, i.e. notification by an Administrative Director, second notification witnessed by Executive Director, final notification by the Board of Directors.
(d) Reinstatement of Inactive Member.
(1) Members who have been advised by the Board of inactive status may regain active status if they have become active in the ministry for six months preceding a membership meeting.
(2) After a period of inactivation of at least 2 years, members must reapply for active membership in accordance with Section 3.02.
Section 3.04 Powers of Active Members. Active members of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. shall have the power to do the following:
(a) Vote at any membership meeting, at which the member is present, called in accordance with Section. 3.05.
(b) Elect members to the Board of Directors as specified in Section 4.04.
(c) Ratify the bylaws of this ministry or any amendments thereto as specified in Section 8.01
(d) Vote on any expenditure which exceeds two thousand dollars ($2,000) in value. A seventy-five percent (75%) affirmative vote of those present and voting is required for approval. Refer to Section 4.03 (c) (7).
(e) Elect a member, and an alternate, to serve on the Nominating Committee as specified in Section 4.04 (b).
(f) Call a special membership meeting when the affairs of this ministry warrant such action. Refer to Section 3.05 (b).
(g) Vote to override any action of the Board of Directors providing it is communicated to the membership in writing ten (10) days prior to the subsequent meeting of the membership and ninety-five percent (95%) of those present and voting have the authority for determination.
(h) Vote for the removal of any Director from an office in accordance with Section 4.05 (a).
(i) Vote on any matters officially brought to the attention of the membership.
(j) Offer suggestions to the minister(s) or Board of Directors as may seem advisable for the good of this ministry.
Section 3.05 Meetings and Quorum.
(a) Annual Membership Meeting. The annual membership meeting of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. shall be held at its official headquarters on November 6 or at any other place designated within one week at the time of day designated by the minister(s) and Board of Directors.
(b) Special Membership Meetings. Any time the affairs of this ministry warrant a special meeting may be called by:
(1) the senior minister
(2) a (95%) majority of the directors of the board
(3) submitting a petition having been signed by 25% of the active membership; a written request must be submitted to the board who shall, within a reasonable length of time, call the meeting on behalf of the requesting party.
The purpose(s) for the special meeting shall be stated both in the written request and the written notice to the membership. Business conducted at the special meeting shall be limited to the pre-stated purpose(s).
(c) Prior Notice stating the date, time, and place and purpose of the meeting shall be mailed or emailed to all active members at least ten days before any membership meeting.
(d) Quorum. Those active members present and voting at a membership meeting called pursuant to the notice provisions of Section 3.05 (c) shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any membership meeting.
(e) Participation. Participation in the business affairs of any membership meeting shall be restricted to active members in attendance. Participation of other persons in discussion of business must be approved by a 75% majority vote of the active members in attendance.
(f) Voting. Unless otherwise provided herein, the vote of a 75% majority of the active members present and voting or by absentee ballot shall be necessary for approval or disapproval of the action being voted upon. Refer to Section 3.04 (d) and (g), and Section 8.01. Active members unable to be present in a membership meeting may vote by absentee ballot via email or U.S. Postal Service upon application to the ministry office in advance of the meeting date. Absentee ballots must be returned prior to the meeting.
(g) Prayer. In any membership meeting, the chair, the minister(s), a Go Fish Ministries, Inc. Liaison Representative, or any member, may request that action on an item of business be suspended while the membership enters into a time of prayer on the issue. Upon such request the chair shall provide a time of prayer.
ARTICLE IV
Government
Section 4.01 Administration. The government of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. shall be vested in the Minister Admiral in Chief, other minister(s), as the Executive and Administrative Director(s), and the Board of Directors.
Section 4.02 Minister(s).
(a) Senior Minister (a female or male minister duly ordained or licensed with the rank of Minister Admiral)
(1) Duties. As the spiritual leader, the minister shall be responsible for the scheduling, conduct, and content of all activities that further the purpose of this ministry and /or any member ministry as specified in Section 1.01. As Executive Director, the minister shall be:
(i) Responsible for the complete functioning of this ministry, and/or any member ministry.
(ii) Voting member(s) of the Board of Directors on all matters.
(iii) A member of all committees. Refer to Section 5.01
(2) Vacancy. The position of a minister may be vacated by any of the following actions:
(i) resignation, or
(ii) after complying with Section 4.03(e), the minister's removal because of failure to fulfill the duties of the position as specified in Section 4.02(a).
(b) Assistant Ministers. Assistant Minister(s) shall be a female or male Go Fish Ministries, Inc. minister(s) duly ordained or licensed with the rank of Minister Lieutenant Commander who function(s) with less responsibility than the Senior Minister(s) or Co-ministers who determine(s) the scope of their responsibilities.
(c) Compensation. The compensation of the Minister Admiral in Chief (President of Go Fish Ministries, Inc.) or any other Senior minister shall be fixed by agreement between the minister and the Board of Directors, but shall not exceed 15% of the total income of the Ministry or Member Ministry. The compensation of the (Vice President(s) of Go Fish Ministries, Inc.) or any other Assistant minister shall be fixed by agreement between the minister and the Board of Directors, but shall not exceed 10% of the total income of the Ministry or Member Ministry.
Section 4.03 Board of Directors (Members).
(a) Structure. The Board of Directors shall consist of the Minister Admiral in Chief (the President of Go Fish Ministries, the Vice Presidents of the JMMF and the GFSH Programs, and up to 12 directors either appointed by the President or elected from the membership of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. (the Vice Presidents and 6 others to be appointed by the President of Go Fish Ministries with the counsel of the current Board of Directors, Inc. and 6 to be elected from the total membership) Each director shall hold office for 6 years, or until a successor occupies the seat. The terms of two elected directors shall expire every second year and their offices shall be filled at the annual membership meeting in accordance with Section 4.04. No elected director shall serve more than four consecutive terms of 6 years. Appointments may serve for their lifetime as long as is feasible to their active participation in the ministry.
(b) Prayer. It is important that in addition to adhering to the normal procedures for legal functioning set forth in these bylaws, that the spiritual principles taught by Jesus Christ as interpreted by Go Fish Ministries, Inc. be utilized in the handling of decisions before the Board of Directors. During the discussion of an item of business, any Director may request review of the Articles of Faith and/or time for prayer about the issue. Upon request the chair shall read the Articles and provide a time of prayer.
(c) Duties. As representatives of the membership, the Board of Directors shall:
(1) Uphold the spiritual purpose of this ministry as stated in Section 1.01.
(2) Uphold the highest interest of the membership in conducting the business of this ministry.
(3) Be conversant with these bylaws.
(4) Be reasonably faithful in attendance at ministry functions, board, and membership meetings of this ministry.
(5) Make determination of the business needs of this ministry and co-authorize payment of moneys in excess of two-thousand dollars ($2,000) for those purposes along with the President of Go Fish Ministries, Inc.
(6) Administer the property of this ministry, both real and personal.
(7) Make determinations on the sale, pledge or proposed financing of real or personal property belonging to this ministry. All decisions in favor of the sale, pledge, or proposed financing of real property exceeding five-thousand dollars ($5,000) in value shall be presented to the membership at a properly constituted membership meeting to be voted on in accordance with Section 3.04 (d).
(8) As recommended by the minister(s), authorize the employment of all other staff personnel of this ministry or any member ministry and set and approve their salaries, which together shall not exceed 5% of total income of the Ministry or Member Ministry. See Section 4.02 (a).
(9) Set dates for the fiscal year.
(10) Each year cause to be prepared a complete ministerial statement of activities including a financial statement with disclosures which will set forth the fiscal conditions and operations of the ministry.
(11) Approve applicants for membership in accordance with Section 3.02.
(12) Act to fill the unexpired term of any director in accordance with Section 4.05.
(13) Elect officers of the board, and their successors to fill any unexpired term when necessary. See Section 4.07.
(14) Ratify committees and their chairpersons as appointed by the Board President. See Section 5.01.
(15) Communicate with a Liaison Representative of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. for aid in resolution of all disputes between the Board of Directors and the minister(s) concerning the minister's services.
(16) Consider other duties brought to their attention by the minister and other directors.
(d) Employment of Minister(s). It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to employ a licensed or ordained Go Fish Ministry minister(s) or a licensed or ordained Go Fish Ministry teacher for the ministry through cooperation with the placement and liaison procedures of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. All Ministers will have the equivalent of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent life experience.
(e) Termination of Employment of Minister(s). After a ministry and its senior minister or co-ministers have cooperated with the liaison procedures of Go Fish Ministries, Inc., a unanimous vote of the Board of Directors is required to terminate the employment of a senior minister or co-ministers.
Section 4.04 Board of Directors-Election.
(a) Qualifications. Any person elected to the Board of Directors must have been an active member of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. for at least one year with the exception of founding board members.
He/she shall be a person who:
(1) Desires to serve on the board.
(2) Endeavors to live in accord with the principles of love and truth as taught by Jesus Christ and stated in the Go Fish Ministries, Inc. Articles of Faith.
(3) Furthers the work of this ministry through his/her active interest, love, and support.
(4) Is a sincere and continuing member of Go Fish Ministries, Inc., conversant with its teachings and ministry efforts.
(5) Has demonstrated leadership capabilities.
(6) Has been an active member of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. for one year prior to election, with the exception of founding board members.
(b) Nominating Committee. A Nominating Committee shall be formed at least three months prior to the annual membership meeting in which an election is to take place, and shall initiate a search for at least two qualified candidates for the Board of Directors. The Committee shall consist of the senior minister and three active members selected in the following manner:
(1) At the annual membership meeting, the membership shall elect one of its active members, and an alternate, to serve on the Nominating Committee for the next year's election.
(2) The board shall elect one of its directors.
(3) Together with the minister(s), the above two committee members shall select a third committee member from the active membership who shall become chairperson of the Nominating Committee. In the event of unavailability to serve of the persons so elected, the board shall select a person from the active membership to fill the vacancy, other than a current board member.
(c) Nominating Procedure. As the presiding officer of the annual membership meeting, the President shall:
(1) Read Section 4.04 just prior to the call for nomination.
(2) Call upon the chairperson of the Nominating Committee to present the committee's nominations.
(3) Call for additional nominations from the floor. Nominees should never be chosen on the basis of a person's business success or financial resources alone, but should be a faithful servant of Jesus Christ as well. All nominees, no matter how nominated, must qualify in accordance with paragraph (a) of this Section.
(d) Election. Votes shall be cast by ballot only if more than two nominations have been made. The two nominees receiving the largest number of votes shalt be elected to the Board of Directors.
Section 4.05 Board of Directors - Vacancy and Replacement.
(a) Vacancy. The office of a director may be vacated by any of the following means:
(1) The resignation of the director.
(2) The board voting for the removal of a director due to absences from two successive annual board meetings. Absences may be excused by the board upon written request.
(3) The board voting for the removal of a director because of a failure to fulfill the duties of the office as specified in Section 4.03 (c).
(4) The active membership voting for removal of a director because of failure to fulfill the duties of the office as specified in Section 4.03 (0). See Section 3.04 (h).
(b) Replacement. Should a vacancy occur on the Board of Directors, the board shall proceed to fill the vacancy by ballot at its next regular meeting. In case of emergency, a special meeting may be called. Only persons meeting the qualifications specified in Section 4.04 (a) may be considered as replacements. A (75%) majority vote of those present and voting shall be necessary to elect. The term of the newly elected director shall expire at the next annual election.
Section 4.06 Board of Director - Meeting and Quorum.
(a) Regular Board Meeting. The regular business meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held at the headquarters of this ministry on the 6th day following the beginning of each quarter, unless otherwise specified by the board. Quarterly meetings are as follows: November 6, February 6, May 6, and August 6 with the November 6 meeting being the annual meeting for the Ministry.
(b) Special Board Meetings. Special meetings of the board shall be called by the president under any of the following conditions:
(1) By request of the senior minister.
(2) By request of six or more directors.
(3) As the president of the board deems it necessary.
The request shall be filed in writing with the board secretary/treasurer. Reasonable effort must be made to notify all directors of any special meeting.
(c) Quorum. Six directors including the senior minister shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
(d) Minister(s) Attendance. The minister(s) has the right to attend all board meetings. Each minister must be notified of all special meetings.
Section 4.07 Board of Directors - Officers. Officers of the Board of Directors shall consist of the President of Go Fish Ministries, Inc., Sr. Vice President (JMMF Program Coordinator), Jr. Vice President (GFSH Program coordinator), 1. Secretary/Treasurer (Financial Advisor), 2. Go Fish Books Program Coordinator, 3. Attic Swap Program Coordinator, 4. Little Fishers Camp Coordinator, 5. Go Fish JAIL Birds Program Coordinator and 6. Technical Support coordinator. All officers shall be selected by the President at the annual meeting or at a special meeting called for the purpose of selecting officers. Officers shall hold their respective offices until their successors are duly elected or qualified.
(a) President. The President shall:
(1) Preside at all Board of Directors meetings.
(2) Preside at all membership meetings.
(3) Appoint committees in accordance with Section 5.01.
(4) Be a member of all committees by virtue of the office, except the Nominating Committee.
(5) Sign such papers and documents, upon proper authorization, as may be necessary.
(6) Be responsible for the planning of board orientation retreats, and workshops.
(7) Be responsible for the overall planning and coordination of all ministerial efforts.
(8) Be responsible for the program and coordination of Go Fish Save Haven until such time as a Jr. Vice President of this Division may be located.
(9) Hold in custody and be responsible for all reports, contracts, other legal papers, minute books, and the corporate seal, which items shall be kept in the ministry office at all times, or in such other depository as prescribed by the board.
(b) Vice President(s). The Sr.Vice President(s) shall:
(1) Perform all the duties of the President in the absence of the President.
(2) Become President in case the office of the presidency becomes vacant. In such a case, the Jr. Vice President will become the Sr. Vice President and a new Jr.Vice-President shall be elected from among the remaining directors to fill the remainder of the term.
(3) Be responsible for the program and coordination of the Joshua Mikel Memorial Fund and the Go Fish Safe Haven Programs.
(c) Secretary/Treasurer. The Secretary/Treasurer shall:
(1) Keep, or cause to be kept, an accurate record of the minutes of all board and membership meetings.
(2) Attend to all official business required by the board.
(3) Be co-administrator of the funds of this ministry along with the President of Go Fish Ministries, Inc.. He/she shall pay out or cause to be paid out, funds authorized by the board or by the President of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. Refer to Section 4.03 (c).
(4) Keep or cause to be kept, a record of all financial transactions, and submit a quarterly financial report at each regular board meeting.
(5) Submit a financial report, covering the last complete fiscal period, at the annual membership meeting.
(6) Count, or cause to be counted by the appointment of qualified persons, all funds received, and be responsible for their deposit.
(7) Place, or cause to be placed, the funds of this ministry in the bank or other depository approved by the board.
ARTICLE V
Committees
Section 5.01 Formation. Committees for any specific purpose, with the exception of the Nominating Committee, shall be appointed by the board president and ratified by the board.
ARTICLE VI
Seal
Section 6.01 Description. The corporate seal of this ministry shall include the name and/or logo of the ministry, in a circle along with the name of the city, state, and date of incorporation around the border of the circle.
Section 6.02 Dissolution. Should this corporation dissolve:
(a) all property and funds remaining after the payment of the debts of the corporation shall be distributed to an advocate group for victims of sexual and/or domestic assault or abuse. Any such assets not so disposed of shall be disposed of by a Court of Competent Jurisdiction of the county in which the principle office of the Incorporation is then located, exclusively for such purposes or to such organization(s), as said Court shall determine, which are organized and operated exclusively for such purposes that the Incorporation was originally organized for.
(b) such funds or property shall be for the use and benefit of the ministry as may be determined by the Board of Directors of the Organization, in alignment with current policies and procedures.
(c) the Organization shall make available according to its current policies and procedures, funds for the re-establishment of a ministry in Hattiesburg, MS.
(d) should the recipient Organization cease to exist, any assets remaining of this corporation after dissolution shall be disposed of by a Court of competent jurisdiction of the County in which the principal office of the corporation is then located, exclusively for such purposes or to such organization or organizations, as said court shall determine, which are organized and operated exclusively for purposes that the Incorporation was originally organized for.
ARTICLE VII
Meeting Procedures
Section 7.01 Rules of Order. The Go Fish Ministries, Inc. RULES OF ORDER shall be the authority of this ministry in the conducting of business meetings.
Section 7.02 Order of Business. The regular order of business at Board of Directors and membership business meetings, unless otherwise agreed on by the Board, shall be as follows:
(a) Opening Prayer
(b) Ministry Praise Reports
(c) Roll Call
(d) Minutes of Previous Meeting
(e) Treasurer's Financial Report
(f) Communications of Membership Records
(g) Acceptance of Members or elections of Board Members
(h) Reports of Committees
(i) President and Sr. Minister's Report

ARTICLE VIII
Bylaws Amendments
Section 8.01 Procedure. Amendments to these bylaws must be made by voting members of this corporation at a legally constituted membership meeting. Written notice setting forth the proposed amendments must be mailed or emailed to all active members at least ten days prior to the required membership meeting. An affirmative vote of ninety-five percent (95%) of all active members present and voting shall be necessary to pass any amendment to these bylaws.

Definition of Terms, Code Words, etc. :
Minister Admiral in Chief- the President of Go Fish Ministries, Inc. (female only)
Senior Minister - A female or male Go Fish Ministries, Inc. minister duly ordained or licensed with the rank of Minister Admiral and determined to be seaworthy (in good standing) by Go Fish Ministries, Inc., who assumes the spiritual and administrative leadership role in a seaworthy member ministry. This leader works in conjunction with the Board of Directors of the member ministry, and is to oversee the ministry, teaching, preaching, worship services, healing, counseling, prayer, administrative, and fellowship activities of the ministry.
Associate Co-Minister - In ministries with more than one minister, a female or male Go Fish Ministries, Inc. minister duly ordained or licensed with the rank of Minister Lieutenant Commander and determined to be seaworthy (in good standing), by the Go Fish Ministries, Inc., serving in a seaworthy member ministry. The associate co-minister may be equal in ability, but functions with less responsibility than a senior minister. The associate minister reports to the senior minister, who determines the scope of the associate's responsibilities.
Assistant Minister - In ministries with more than one minister, a female or male Go Fish Ministries, Inc. minister duly ordained or licensed with the rank of Minister Lieutenant and determined to be seaworthy (in good standing) by the Go Fish Ministries, Inc., serving in a seaworthy member ministry. The skills and/or experience of the assistant minister may be less than those of a senior minister. The assistant may be placed in a specialized service area of the ministry, i.e., pastoral visitation, or administrative support. The skills of the assistant are, therefore, allowed to develop, for a more comprehensive range of ministry service of the assistant, and the ministry.
Minister Ensign - a female or male Go Fish Ministries, Inc. minister in training but not yet ordained or licensed with the rank of Minister Ensign and determined to be seaworthy (in good standing) by the Go Fish Ministries, Inc., serving in a seaworthy member ministry. The skills and/or experience of the minister ensign may be less than those of the assistant minister. The ensign may be placed in a specialized service area of the ministry, i.e., pastoral visitation, or administrative support. The skills of the ensign are, therefore, allowed to develop, for a more comprehensive range of ministry service of the ensign, and the ministry.
A Go Fish Marina Ministry - A member ministry in the Go Fish Ministries, Inc. recognized by the Corporation to be seaworthy (in good standing), with a duly ordained or licensed Go Fish Ministries, Inc. minister, as its spiritual leader, which provides a place of spiritual growth to its mariners, as well as, a place of ministry in the Sea of Souls (the lost world).
Maritime Minister - A stationary minister in the Sea of Souls.
Seafarer Minister - A traveling minister in the Sea of Souls.
Mariners - Individual members of a Go Fish Marina Ministry.
